Jeffrey Grubman, an experienced trial attorney and business litigator with offices in Boca Raton and Miami, Florida, devotes substantial time to serving as a mediator and arbitrator for a broad range of business and commercial disputes while continuing to maintain an active litigation practice. Mr. Grubman has received an AV Rating (the highest available rating) from Martindale-Hubbell for his skills as an attorney.
Mr. Grubman is certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a certified Circuit and County Court mediator and also by the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a qualified arbitrator under Florida law and is certified as a mediator and arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association and by FINRA (formerly the National Association of Securities Dealers).
As a mediator, Mr. Grubman is active and tenacious and works extraordinarily hard to settle every case. He primarily mediates cases in areas in which he has litigation experience and knowledge. Mr. Grubman has mediated a vast number of cases, ranging from small cases to multi-million dollar cases, and has achieved an extremely high settlement rate.
Mr. Grubman began his legal career in the litigation department of the national and regional law firms of Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Ruden McClosky and Manatt Phelps & Phillips. He subsequently became a litigation partner in two boutique firms in Miami and Boca Raton, Florida, before starting his own law firm in 2005.
