ARBITRATION

Mr. Grubman is an experienced arbitrator.  He is a qualified arbitrator under Florida law.  He is also a member of the American Arbitration Association's panel of arbitrators as well as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's panel of arbitrators.  Mr. Grubman is available to serve as an arbitrator either through these organizations or privately.  Mr. Grubman has decided disputes as a single arbitrator as well as one of three arbitrators.  He understands the challenges of trying a case and attempts to give counsel and the parties a full and fair hearing.  Mr. Grubman is also available to serve as a special master.  Finally, he is available to serve as an arbitrator in non-binding matters.

Mr. Grubman has served as an arbitrator in a variety of business and commercial disputes.  Mr. Grubman's litigation, mediation and arbitration experience qualifies him to serve as an arbitrator in a wide range of matters, including securities, entertainment, breach of contract, business torts, franchise, intellectual property, UCC, banking, real estate, partnership and corporate, business valuation, employment, insurance and professional liability.
