As an attorney, Mr. Grubman has substantial experience representing parties in intellectual property matters, including trademark infringement, copyright infringement, patent infringement, and trade secret matters.  Among other industries, Mr. Grubman has litigated many cases involving the entertainment industry.  He has represented major record companies, independent record companies, recording artists, managers, songwriters, actors and actresses.
